How early should someone start planning an event?
Depends on the type of event but the most successful events start planning between 6-12 months before day of event. Also keep in mind the budget amount at the start of the event idea is never the only number to work with. There are a lot of ways to make money before and during an event.
Does Fifth Bull work with other local vendors and suppliers on events and production shoots?
We have over 300+ international vendors, we prefer to work with our internal teams to get our clients the best creatives and vendor discounts. We are always open to recommendations and new connections as well. Professionals include, but are not limited to; sales managers of venues, DJ’s, AV, florists, decor rentals, print shops and more!
How far will Fifth Bull travel for inquired services?
National and International Travel costs are covered by Clients and/or Hosts of events. We have gone as far as London in 2016 for event work. Production work, as far as Egypt. Majority of our clients are Miami, New York, Dallas and LA based.
What are the founders favorite aspects of event coordination?
Hannah loves to create experiences for everyone who attends, either as a guest or a staff member. Everyone can leave remembering at least one impactful moment that made them say “who made this event happen and how can I work with them?”
What experience did the founder have before entering the industry?
Hannah was the hair and makeup stylist for her high school plays. She also coordinated her Prom and Saddies Hawkins dance in High School. She went onto College starting and running three companies; Hannah’s Housekeeping, Fitness company, t-shirt designs. Ran a promotional company for an NC nightclub. DJ management, and journalism for the top 50 international EDM artists. She worked as an interior designer in Barcelona, Spain in 2014.
She graduated from High Point University, NC in 2016 with 3 degrees; Interior Design, Event Management, PR & Marketing.
What are some general tips or advice that the agency often give to their clients to help them in their planning?
Plan ahead.
Develop a realistic budget.
Make out your wish list – things that you want to have at your event – certain flowers, a particular DJ, a fun theme, environment, guest expectations, etc.
Select an event planner so that you can focus on other parts of the celebration – determining your guest list, promoting your event, etc.
This is NOT the time to be stressed about such an impactful occasion. We are here to help guide our clients so that they can also embrace the event.

What type of production does the agency specialize in creating?
We specialize in influencer campaigns. As an independent agency we source directly for your desired influencers and models through our database of 70,000+ internationally based talent. You submit your desired niche talent that you see representing your brand’s image.
What type of brands does the agency specialize in consulting?
We special is working with any type of individual who wants to develop their brand, we have consulted; start-ups, corporate, models, fashion, films, medical, real estate, personal, CBD and skin care.
How is Fifth Bull Agency paid?
After the initial consultation call and the contract is signed, we accept a deposit of 70% from the agreed upon retainer fee. The remaining 30% is paid the week of the event or completion of the project.
Refund Policy
Your deposit is refundable for 7 days. If the event is cancelled within 90 days of the scheduled date, the client signing the contract is liable to pay the full balance. If the event is cancelled more than 90 days prior, payments made beyond the initial deposit amount will be fully refunded.
Additionally, in order for a cancellation to be deemed official, a cancellation agreement must be signed by both parties. Failure to submit a written notice of cancellation will result in a bill for the total agreed amount sent to Client in contract.
Branding Agents and Producers are liable for the completion of the agreed upon project and will be compensated fully when the client is satisfied with the projects outcome. There is no Refund Policy applicable.
