Event MANAGEMENT

Event Management Services are based after the initial consultation call with the client who has gone through the first 3-6 initial month process of the event. They are hiring Fifth Bull as a coordinator for tying the loose ends of the vendors, sponsors, venue communication and program flow. The client at this point should already have the venue, headcount, guest list almost completed, all the graphics developed and a team in place.

Event Coordination

Event Coordination Services are based upon the initial consultation call with the client who has a vision and an idea for their event but have no resources, no speakers, no venue, nothing. Here we take on the entire project from the client’s shoulders and produce everything from brand image, marketing, process, flow of the event, experience and exit.
